= Comprising many views of the city of Utrecht and its surrounding villages.

= The complete work contains 101 half-page views (and a half-page plan).
- Vague waterstains and mould spots in and near upper and lower margin.
= Fine and atttractive chart from Le Neptune François, orientated south to the top of the sheet. Koeman IV, p.425(6) and see p.423/424.
- Sl./ trifle foxed; left lower sheet w. sm. closed tear in lower margin (just within the image); upper left sheet partly browned.

- Extensively restored/ reinforced w. japanese; one sheet sl. browned/ waterst.; tear of 5 cm. in upper left margin (restored), tear of 7 cm. in upper right margin; some sm. marginal tears, not affecting image. Rolled.
