ADDED: 11 miscellaneous other 18th cent. views, i.a. of the surroundings of Kleef (4x), and bird's eye views of "De Stad Veere" and "Vlissingen" (both from M. SMALLEGANGE).
- Lower part w. Heerengracht cut off; lacks one plate; each image w. vertical fold; foxed; strengthened on margins. Lacks ties; backstrip loosening/ spine dam.
= Cf. Leonhardt sale, Atlas van Amsterdam 85. Detailed depiction of houses bordering the Amsterdam canals, very important for the history of Amsterdam architecture.
- Folds as issued; yellowed; a few sm. (marginal) (closed) tears.
= Hameleers 104, 3rd ed. (of 6): "Wel staan er nu lijnbanen aan de westzijde van de stad tussen de Lijnbaansgracht en de Singelgracht. Ook is het Lutherse weeshuis aan de Lauriergracht ingetekend". Probably d'Ailly 267, but with sl. different address. SEE ILLUSTRATION PLATE LXXXVI.

= Koeman, Handl. 55; Fockema A./ Hoff p.61-62: "Voor het eerst was het grootste stuk van Noord-Brabant nu afgebeeld op een redelijk grote schaal (...). Het biedt een waardevol beeld van dit deel onzer Republiek (met inbegrip van de grensgebieden) kort vóór het einde van den ouden staatsvorm". Rare.
