Anonymous (early 20th cent.).
Lot of 9 col. autochromes,
each 9x12 cm. (or vice-versa), kept in 2 contemp. board boxes, both w. ticket w. Dutch manuscript (identification?) on lid, reading "Partij en huis heel mooie [...?]" and "Trophee met buste van Koningin en vlag op Welgelegen [...?]".
- Autochromes all in fine condition (1x sl. flaked along margins).
= Rare collection of early Dutch colour positives, produced according to the autochrome process invented by Auguste Lumière (patented in 1903). Showing i.a. a villa called Welgelegen (not located) and its gardens.
