= Nissen, ZBI 678; Pivetau 150. This complete set consists of 38 parts., with the "Oiseaux" (9 vols.), the "Quadrupèdes ovipares et serpents" (2 vols.), "les Mineraux" (5 vols.) and 7 suppl. vols. Originally published Paris 1749-1804, this Dutch edition with French text was enlarged by J.N.S. Allamand, not containing the vols. on fishes and whales, which were published later.
