= See the drawing in the British Museum with the exact same composition (inv. no. 1836,0811.591), formerly attributed to Wijck, but now by an anonymous artist. Cf. the etching by Jan Vincentsz. van der Vinne, this composition in reverse (Hollstein 26). Hollstein attributing the composition to Thomas Wijck, but the style is very reminiscent of that of Jan Baptist Weenix (see also the curator's comments on the drawing in the BM).
